Every alert email carries Mark done, Snooze 1 day, and View buttons. Act on an update straight from your inbox — no need to open the app. Action links are signed and single-use for security.
An optional Monday summary of your open tasks, grouped by project. Toggle it off per person if you’d rather not get it.
Set a timezone-aware do-not-disturb window. Alerts that fire during it are held — still visible in the bell — and emails arrive once the window ends.
